Dress Code?

Welcome Party: Mountain Resort Attire

Wedding: Formal Attire Encouraged

Phones During Ceremony?

We kindly ask for all phones to be put away during the ceremony. Our photographer & videographer will be capturing it all so you can be present with us.

Ceremony Arrival Time?

Transportation will be provided for all guests to and from the wedding celebration at Beano’s Cabin. Please meet at Centennial Station at 3:45pm, located across the street from The Osprey Hotel. No private vehicles are permitted.

Wedding Weekend Transportation?

The Welcome Party and Wedding are located within Beaver Creek village and are within walking distance for those staying at the recommended hotels. If you’d prefer to use the complimentary door-to-door shuttle service, please download the VILLAGE CONNECT app or reach out to your hotel’s concierge. The shuttles run daily from 6:30am to midnight.

Rental Car?

Renting a car is not necessary! You can use Epic Mountain Express from Denver International Airport or Eagle Airport. Our discounted link is attached here.
